Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Overview

    This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains when refunds are and are not available, and how billing disputes are handled, for services provided by Agencia Jaguar Marketing LTDA DBA Jaguar Systems ("Jaguar Systems", "we", "us", "our"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

    2. Billing model

    • Subscriptions (e.g., Contractor Advanced, $297/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
    • One-Time Services (e.g., Google Business Profile Optimization) are billed once.
    • Prepaid Plans (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months, or longer) are billed once, upfront, at a discounted rate granted in consideration of your commitment to the full term.
    • Promotional offers (e.g., a free first month) apply exactly as described at the time of purchase.

    3. When work begins

    Our Services are custom and performed specifically for you. "Work Commences" at the earlier of (a) your submission of our Onboarding Form, or (b) your provision of the information, materials, or account access needed for us to begin. Work begins automatically and immediately upon our receipt of your submitted Onboarding Form. From that moment, refund eligibility is governed by Section 4, and by submitting the Onboarding Form you expressly acknowledge and agree to this.

    4. Refund eligibility

    (a) Before Work Commences: if you cancel before submitting your Onboarding Form (and before Work has otherwise Commenced), you are eligible for a full refund of your most recent payment.

    (b) After Work Commences (monthly plans): once Work has Commenced, the payment for the current billing period is non-refundable, because the Services for that period have been substantially performed and resources committed on your behalf. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

    (c) One-Time Services: fees for One-Time Services, including Google Business Profile Optimization, are non-refundable once work on that service has Commenced.

    (d) Prepaid / Committed-Term Plans: the discount is granted specifically in consideration of your commitment to the full term. Once Work has Commenced, Prepaid Plans are non-refundable for the remaining term, and no partial or prorated refund is issued for unused months if you cancel before the end of the term. Section 4(a) (before Work Commences) still applies. At the end of the prepaid term, unless you cancel beforehand, your plan renews or converts to month-to-month at the then-standard rate, as described at purchase.

    (e) Failure to deliver: if we fail to deliver the Services as described, contact us first and we will make it right, which may include completing the work or issuing an appropriate refund. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

    5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us first at billing@jaguarsystems.online or WhatsApp +1 855-917-5139 so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute (a) without first contacting us, or (b) for Services that were delivered and used, is a breach of this Policy and our Terms & Conditions. In such an event, we will submit to your card issuer the records of your agreement to this Policy and our Terms, your Onboarding Form submission, and evidence of the delivered and used Services, and we reserve the right to recover amounts owed, including reasonable costs of collection.

    6. Cancellation

    You may cancel at any time by written notice to billing@jaguarsystems.online or WhatsApp +1 855-917-5139. Cancellation stops your next billing cycle; services continue until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months, except as provided in Section 4(a).

    7. How to request a refund

    Email billing@jaguarsystems.online or message WhatsApp +1 855-917-5139 with your name, business name, and the email used at purchase. We respond within 2 business days.

    8. Changes

    We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

    9. Governing Law

    This Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agencia Jaguar Marketing LTDA is registered (Brazil), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
